2009 Wrap-Up–Hello 2010!!!
Murph and the Magictones placed 4th at the annual ARML math competition back in May. We were neck and neck with Leigh Valley going into the relays, and then we weren’t 
Party Posse and Autobahn finished 33rd adn 34th respectively. In the B division, Clio 
finished tied for 8th, Louie finished 13th, and Leo finished 38th. We also had the 4th individual scorer Chong Gu.
I’m proud of how you all performed. You practiced hard and put yourselves in a position to meet your goals. Did I get a haircut? No, but you proved that in ANY given year, New York City is a force to be reckoned with!!!
We now have dates for 2010!!! HMMT will be held on February 20th. ARML will be held June 4th and 5th. NYSML will be held in Albany on April 10th…maybe. New York City will also participate in the NYSML local competition in November and February. It will be held at Stuyvesant High School. More info will follow.
